Tuning your ECU requires specialty equipment and processes that may results in a bricked ECU. You may request a refund at any time before that. No refunds on tunes for any reason once you have been sent a tuned ECU. We do not guarantee you’ll shoot flames and we do not offer flame maps. No refunds if you don’t like the pops/bangs after tuning. Every car is different and you might get more pops, you might get less. We cannot control the quantity, volume or duration of the pops and bangs. Package the ECU nicely in a box with proper packing material (remember ECU's are computers and they will get damaged during shipping if its not packaged properly) Make sure to put the printed invoice inside the box that way we know what order the ECU is for! then ship it to us at our address listed right on the invoice.
